- Hotel invoice will be settled by guests prior to arrival via pro-forma invoice or credit card, or during check in.
- Bookings without payment guarantee are valid for arrival by 18:00 hours on arrival date.
- The hotel applies 24 hour prior to arrival date cancellation policy. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 100% amount of the first night.
- Check-in is available from 14:00 hours, check-out by 12:00 hours.
